Why am I qualified to do this? Well, I was Snr. VP Marketing for Cadbury Canada from 1997-2003. Prior to that I worked for Cadbury Schweppes in the UK for 17 years in a range of business disciplines such as Brand Management, Sales, Strategic Planning, Research and Forecasting, and I even ran a visitor centre that attracts 500,000 paying visitors annually.

I have chaired marketing industry conferences and currently contribute a regular client-view column in Strategy magazine. I am also currently co-authoring a book on the future of marketing

So I know marketing, I know business, I know research, I know strategy, and I know all the pluses and minuses of working with Agencies and Consultancies. I can now use that knowledge and experience to help you enhance your pluses and eradicate your minuses - as seen from the client's perspective.
